Condos at 762 Park Road Take Shape, Get Named
Since we last looked at the new condos under construction at 762 Park Road, the building has topped out. It also has a name. According to Elevation DC, the building has been named the North Star Condominiums after the Northstar resort near the north shore of Lake Tahoe (S2 Development typically names its condos according to a skiing theme).
As a recap, the main building will contain six two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. A separate building in the rear of the property will contain a seventh unit.
Now that the building has taken shape, I can definitely say that I’m finding it to be attractive thus far. Unlike the Park Row development around the corner, this building has visual interest because the facade has been broken up into three areas and the finished building will incorporate different materials for different areas. I’m looking forward to seeing this development completed.
