S2 Development is currently adding 7 more units to the Park View neighborhood.

Since I last posted in January about possible development for the lot at 762 Park Road, the property has changed hands and construction is finally in progress. After tracking down the new owner, here is what I know about the project.

The main building facing Park Road will be three stories high. It will contain six 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units. As you can see from the accompanying photograph, the facade will be divided into three parts. The east and west sections are essentially projecting bays. These will be finished in stucco. The recessed entry section will be faced in brick.

The lot once contained the original carriage house for 770 Park Road, but upon inspecting the property I see that this has been razed and is in the process of being replaced with a new two-story building that will contain a seventh living unit that is completely detached from the main structure.

Lastly, the property is currently planned to have four off-street parking spaces in the rear. These would be accessed from the alley.

The developer for this site is S2 Development.

The development at 762 Park Road will be a three-story building faced in stucco and brick.

The rear of the property will have four off-street parking spaces and a stand alone seventh living unit.
