Demolition at 3619 Georgia Avenue Finished, Will Work begin Soon?
The razing of the structures at 3619 Georgia Avenue, at the corner with Princeton Place, appears to be finished with the debris carted away. It is unclear if work on the approved development for the site will continue immediately, though it is hoped to progress soon. I note that the building was originally constructed as a gas station in 1930. In looking at the site yesterday it looks like they underground tank has been removed without too much trouble.

Isn’t everything? It’s ridiculous. Other cities aren’t like this.
