Mixed-Use Project at Lamont and Georgia Breaks Ground
Brick Lane broke ground a little over a week ago on their new mixed-use development bringing nine apartments and ground floor retail to 3223-3225 Georgia and 650 Lamont Street, NW. The raze permits were issued back in August, and construction generally takes about 18 months on average.
Below are photos of the demolition of the existing structures.

I’ve noticed a lot of activity on one of the other GA Ave developments (Either 3619 or 3559, can’t remember).
Alsco/Linens has made a lot of progress as well.

this is good news. Any updates on the corner lot at Georgia and Princeton? its been fenced off for over a year and demo was supposed to happen last Spring.
