Person of Interest Sought in Burglary: 3500 Block of Georgia Avenue
MPD issued the following call for assistance in identifying a person of interest in a burglary on Georgia avenue that occurred on July 24th.
According to the announcement, anyone who has information regarding the case should call police at 202-727-9099. Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. Crime Solvers of Washington, DC currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a crime committed in the District of Columbia.

Person of Interest Sought in a Burglary Two:
3500 Block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest
(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to a Burglary II offense which occurred in the 3500 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest, on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at approximately 6:25 am.
The suspect entered an establishment by breaking the front door lock. Once inside, the suspect took cigarettes then fled the scene.
