Park View Man Threatened with Knife in Robbery Attempt – On Tuesday evening around 10:45 p.m., a person was walking in an alley on the 700 block of Kenyon Street, NW, when a thief held a knife to his throat in a robbery attempt. After finding the victim had no money, the robber fled. (Borderstan).

The alley on the 700 block of Kenyon is trouble. On a number of occasions I’ve walked by I’ve seen EMS there attending to individuals who have OD’d, and there’s a homeless encampment blocking alley access and occupied by individuals who seem to drink all day and make excessive levels of noise well into the night.
