New Fencing Surrounds ‘The Heights’ Outdoor Patio
Over the past few weeks, I noticed that The Heights restaurant (located at 14th Street and Kenyon) has fenced in their outdoor seating area. I guess the low wall and shrubbery weren’t creating enough of a barrier between the diners and those who sit on the wall.

I’m guessing the problem was less the sitting than the unwelcome environment created by the intoxicated and under the influence men “napping” (i.e. passed out) in the bushes at all times of the day. Probably the same ones leaving their trash all over the plaza.
