“The V” Development at Georgia and Otis Place Showing Signs of Activity

Over the weekend, a small crew was at the vacant lot on the southeast corner of Georgia Avenue and Otis Place breaking up concrete and removing unnecessary brick from the party wall with the adjoining building.  This appears to be preliminary work to clean up the site prior to construction of “The V” (see details here). New signage for the development was posted along Georgia Avenue at the end of November. All signs point to an active construction site in the near future.
