New 2920 Georgia Avenue Development Receives Note in Washington Post

2920 Georgia Avenue.
The recently completed development at 2920 Georgia was prominently featured in Saturday’s Washington Post (read article here). The building has 26 one- and two-bedroom units. Of these, 11 were already listed as sold by the time the Post article was published, and 2 units have sold since the article for a total of 13 sold units, meaning half the building has sold.
After walking through the building, I agree with the assessment that the fit and finish are nice. Each unit I saw had good natural light, and those on the third- and fourth-floor had some nice views of the area. You can see the floor plans for the building on the 2920 Georgia Web site here.
The following photos provide an idea of what type of views you can see from the building.
