Park View, D.C.

The project at 756 Park Road is starting to take shape, as you can see below. I reported back in November that it appeared that the new building would be a three-story, four-unit residential building. In looking at the permit again over the weekend, I’m reading that the building will have four-stories and a room deck. I’m going to see if I can get any information from the developer on this one.
