3205 Georgia Topped Out, Exterior Skin Being Installed

The northeast corner of Georgia Avenue and Kenyon Street has certainly changed. As you can see below, the 31 unit residential building designed for the vacant lot there is largely in its final form. The stone veneer is also being installed on the first level. I believe the remainder of the building will be clad in a red brick. This should be a handsome building when completed and a good complement to 660 Kenyon Street just to the south.
