New Housing on Sherman Avenue @ Park Road Going Up Fast
Since I first posted in June about the new flats being constructed at 3413, 3415, and 3417 Sherman Avenue, the buildings have risen quickly. The three buildings will contain 6 living units and are expected to be finished and available in fall 2013. In visiting the site, I also got the impression that the Sherman Avenue facades will also be faced in brick.
The properties are not yet on the real estate market, but Greenline apparently has the listing and has provided more details on the community can expect when they are completed. The following details are from the Greenline Web site:
- Spacious Open Floor Plans with Tall Ceilings
- Rich Ebony Hued Wood Flooring Throughout
- 2BR + Dens w/Separate Living & Dining Areas
- Modern Gourmet Kitchens w/Carrara Marble Counters, Stainless Appl, and Custom White Cabinetry
- Generous size rooms with Walk-Ins & tons of storage space
- Porcelain Architectural Tiles featured throughout
- Washer/Dryers
- High Efficiency HVAC & Appliances
- Low HOA Fees
- Outdoor Space w/Each Unit: Deck or Yard (per plan)
- Parking Included
