The Avenue Tops Out
Landex’s Avenue project — on the southwest corner of Georgia and Newton Place, NW — topped out earlier this week. With the building now at its full height, the crane required for construction will soon no longer be needed and could leave as early as the end of next week, perhaps as early as March 21st.

Has anyone been able to confirm how much parking will be within the building? I’ve heard there will be 15 spots to for all of the residential units and retail space.

The Avenue is supposed to have 29 parking spaces according to the plans.
