2910 Georgia Avenue

As you can see above, the Eric Colbert and Association Project at 2910 Georgia Avenue is looking more and more like the proposed rendering. The project began in June, 2010, with construction expected to take a year. When finished, the building will contain 22 new condos on five floors, plus a penthouse. The building is planned to be no higher than 50 feet.
