AFRH Considering Zone A Development Again
According to the February 12, 2010, Washington Business Journal article Another Chance for Retirement Home, the AFRH is considering putting the project to develop Zone A out to bid for development again.
The Zone A master plan includes 4.1 million square feet of development, 2,500 multifamily units, retail, and a 20 acre public park.
Should this move forward, the first section to go on the market would likely be along Irving Street.
