The word on the street is that Gee’s market, which has been closed a for a spell and is located at Warder and Otis across from the Rec Center, may be preparing to open again soon. Does anyone have any more details?

What type of market is it? I’ve always walked by it; it would be great if it opened up soon and offered useful products.

I don’t have a lot of details on this market yet, but sense it will be a typcial corner store. As I learn more I’ll share what I find out.

I saw people in there the other day stocking shelves and organizing things. They definitely looked like they were preparing to do business. There had been a notice in the window for a long announcing that they were applying for (or maybe applying to be reinstate?) a liquor license. I guess it finally came through.
