NDC’s Heights Project Making Good Progress
It’s been a while since I’ve provided an update on Neighborhood Development Company’s The Heights project. It topped out a while ago and, as you can see from the photos, most of the windows are in.
I also noticed that the building’s appearance will rapidly be changing over the next several of weeks. Workers have begun the installation of the exterior brick veneer. Below is an image to give an idea of what the brick looks like once installed. I’m not sure what the other facing material will be at this time.

It amazes me when these big projects are built without a secured (or at least close to a secured tenant) for the retail space. I hope they don’t hold out for extremely high rents (i.e. GA Metro spaces) and keep these empty.
