Do we really need more condos in our small neighborhood? Seems like we already have enough in the works. Does all new development need to include condos?

Wonder if the design is by the same architect, Eric Colbert? The stained wood sounds interesting and there don’t seem to be big windowless sections like the one on the next block south.
