I awoke this morning to learn that a young boy from the 500 block of Rock Creek Church Road has been missing since last night. WJLA provides the details below. A photograph of Raynor can be found at the WUSA9 Website.

D.C. Police are frantically searching for a missing 12-year-old special needs boy.

Martinez Jessie Raynor was last seen in the 500 block of Rock Creek Church Road in Northwest about 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Martinez is described as a black male with a light complexion, 4’0” tall, weighing between 65 to 70 pounds. He was last wearing a gray shirt and gray pants.

Thursday night, flyers with Martinez’s picture were handed thoughout the neighborhood, police said.
