This building and the Avenue are both 100% affordable? I thought these were supposed to be a mix of market rate and affordability? Seems odd to see a 100% affordable building these days.

I thought the goal was to gentrify this part of the city. These buildings are NOT helping. The people from Park Morton will stay.

I believe the Heights building is going to be 50% market and 50% affordable. Right Ken?

Hi all,
I believe that it will cost a single person $1,000 a month to rent one of these apartments. That ain’t cheap. You will have to make under ~$50,000 a year to be eligible. That seems like plenty of money to me.
If you are worried about the kinds of people that will choose to live here, encourage the kinds of people that you like to live here.
