Park View’s DC Reynolds Now ‘Unofficially’ Open for Business
Here’s some exciting news. At long last, DC Reynolds will have a soft opening for the neighborhood tonight. Food will be served from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. They will stay open later for drinks only. DC Reynolds is located in the former Huron Pharmacy at 3628 Georgia Avenue — just a few doors south of Looking Glass Lounge and Blue Banana.
The Grand Opening will not be for a few weeks yet, but they expect to be fully open starting on Thursday.
According to partner Jeremy Gifford, the menu will include their Fried Chicken, Meatloaf, Mac N Cheese, Hummus, Bratwurst, Bacon Cheeseburger, Sliders, and Kimchee Popcorn. I had the opportunity to sample some of their food over the weekend and found it flavorful and definitely see myself becoming a regular.
Gifford also wrote to me that they will be debuting their “Yes that too” happy hour. From 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., buy one get one free on drinks. When a customers asks “does that include ________” their response will always be “Yes that too”
Sounds good to me and I couldn’t be happier to have another small business in the neighborhood.

Good Evening,
DC Reynolds is great! The owners are amazing and warm and they provide everyone that comes to their establishment a personal experience. I had a great time and definitely will come back soon. Thanks for coming to our neighborhood DC Reynolds!

I agree that parking is getting tight on the 700 Blk of Princeton. Not so much during the day but after 8pm forget it. Any way we can get ahead of this issue?

The enhanced RPP program is supposed to help but hasn’t been put into practice yet.

yeah I have been hearing about the RPP for a wile now blah blah blah. Seems like I have to call Jims office again to complain. Princeton place also needs to be made a one way street. I have had my side mirrors hit and broken off on my car once again!

I too live on the 700 block of Princeton and have noticed the lack of parking. While I’m happy for the new businesses that are opening up, I pray that we don’t become another Adams Morgan. Hopefully this will be the last bar to open up on the 3600 block of Georgia Ave.
