Here are two events that will be of interest to the community:

The Georgia Avenue Walk which was postponed due to weather last Saturday will be this Saturday March 10th at 11 a.m.  The walk will start at the Georgia Avenue/Petworth Metro station — west side — and walk down to the Shaw Metro station describing the vision, issues, and new development along lower Georgia Avenue.

On Monday March 12, the Georgia Avenue Community Development Task Force will host an At-Large Candidate Forum at the Bruce Monroe @ Park View school at 6:30pm. For more information contact sylvia@ecacollective.org or (202) 462-2285
