Periodic Update on the Park Morton/Avenue Project

I haven’t posted an update on The Avenue project (Park Morton, phase I) since August 19th … so, below is a recent photo showing the development’s progress. The lower levels appear to be largely done, and the building is poised to start rising quickly. The development is located at the southwest corner of Newton and Georgia Avenue and began in earnest in April of this year.

Can you please update me on the progress of the avenue project!! I am curious about how far they have gotten and if there is any new information you can find out and share with me.. Thanks A lot

  I can post a photo later this week. Also, the developers are scheduled to attend the next ANC 1A meeting to update the community on the project. That meeting will be on Wednesday, Nov. 9th at Harriet Tubman Elementary School. 7 PM.
