I love Ace Hardware stores! When I briefly lived in Federal Hill area in Baltimore, one of the best parts of the neighborhood was having the Ace Hardware store within walking distance. It made doing weekend home repairs really easy and I’ve never walked into an Ace Hardware where I didn’t get great service.

It would be great to have a well stocked hardware store in the neighborhood. I regularly trek to Strosniders in Silver Spring or Brookland Hardware. Would go completely local if she opened nearby.
