• Georgia Avenue: Plans and Promise — the lead article gives a great overview of the various plans that have been developed for the future development of Georgia Avenue between Florida Avenue and Rock Creek Church Road. This article also mentions that a subcommittee is focus on the current  plans for the old Bruce-Monroe school, along with contact information for those interested in joining to help shape the avenue’s future;
• For are gardeners, the article Anxious to Plant? Tray a Cold Frame describes how you can build a cold frame and get a jump start on this season’s vegetable garden; and,
• There are several articles focused on area youth that may be of interest, ranging from how youth impact the neighborhood to how society impacts our youth.
