CVS Preparing Foundation
The CVS work site was a buzz of activity this morning with excavation and installation of rebar in preparation of the building’s foundation.
It was difficult for me to see if the footings had already been poured or not, but pouring concrete directly into a trench is a common way to create a footing and appears to be what has/will happen on this site. Still, it will be interesting to watch and see exactly how the foundation comes together.
Once the foundation work is in place, the building should start to rise quickly as the Ward One Senior Welness Center has risen.
